Dear Valued Partners and Customers,


We extend our deepest gratitude for the trust and support that you have consistently shown towards Fussen. Over the past years, we have collectively witnessed and contributed to the rapid advancement of digital dentistry technology. We are aware that an exceptional user experience is fundamental to our growth and prosperity. Your support has been instrumental in our progress and our contributions to the evolution of digital dentistry solutions.

As the industry has grown in prominence, we have noticed some incidences of malicious actors impersonating our agents, disseminating false advertising, and publishing misleading product and pricing information. These actions not only tarnish the ecosystem but also undermine the interests of our end consumers.


In light of these occurrences and to help build a better community, Fussen hereby issues the following formal statements:


1. We have not authorized any third party or online platform, including but not limited to Alibaba, AliExpress, or any other e-commerce platforms, to sell Fussen’s products. We cannot vouch for the authenticity of products bearing our trademarks or brand names sold through such channels, nor will we provide any after-sales service, software updates, or maintenance services for such products. We reserve all rights to pursue legal action and strongly advise our customers to purchase our products exclusively through our authorized distribution channels. To effectively safeguard the interests of our valued customers and partners, and to ensure the quality of after-sales service, Fussen currently only provides after-sales training, authorization, and services such as after-sales service, software upgrades, and maintenance services for equipment sold through authorized distribution channels. 



2. Our sales representatives are strictly prohibited from accepting payments into personal accounts. Customers are advised to request an official document from our sales representatives and make payments exclusively to our corporate accounts, as stipulated in the contracts. Should any sales representative request payment into a personal account, we encourage you to report such misconduct to our company immediately. (Compliance Email: compliance@fussengroup.com).


3. Fussen is committed to providing our valued partners and customers with high-quality products and services. We will continue to invest relentlessly in research and development to ensure that we provide you with superior service.
